Sligo's team is in! McGinty, Bolger and Kenny are back in the lineup while Buckley is replaced in a precautionary measure by Blaney. It's Shane's first appearance since August after his comeback from injury

Speaking on the clash Sligo manager Buckley says that while they were “disappointed” with their performance last week his side will seek to improve” today. “I thought we improved in the second half but we still needed to be more clinical in our play. We needed to be more ruthless in general” he said.

In comparison, the results between Sligo and The Gypsies have went both ways with two wins for the Yeats County and their most recent encounter seeing the capital city scraping all three points back in August thanks to a Keith Buckley net.

Bohs on the other hand beat champions Shamrock Rovers 3-1 at Dalymount Park, sealing three wins from three against their Dublin Derby rivals throughout the year. A Lee Grace own goal opened the scoring and Daniel Mandroiu equalised for the Hoops before the upcoming cup finalists finished up the game with a strike a piece from Promise Omochere and Rob Cornwall.

A Jamie McGonigle brace was the undoing of Liam Buckley’s men there as Rovers were without Ireland u19 star Johnny Kenny, who was on international duty, stakeholder keeper Edward McGinty who was absent due to illness and captain Greg Bolger who was injured. All three return to the squad once again this evening, as does Robbie McCourt who picked up a knock during the game.

The Bit O’Red will conclude the season in third no matter the outcome having secured a European spot two weeks ago but have to make good on their most recent 2-0 loss away to Derry City last series.
