Hartmann goes into the referees notebook as the second Sligo player to be cautioned.

1-0 to the Saints! Kian Leavy picks the ball up in the number 10 position and fires from range. The shot looked to have been deflected judging by Brush's lack of movement as the ball sailed into the top corner.

Leavy has been the star player today and shows this again by skipping away from three challenges to find McClellend. The Saints winger has time to compose himself but again Brush saves with his feet to keep the sides level.

Another dangerous delivery from Leavy finds the head of Redmond but the header is blocked well by Buckley and the chance is lost.

Nervy moments at the back for St. Pat's after a sliced clearance from Curtis and a poor touch from Breslin but the home side survive the attack.

Brannefalk pulls at Doyle as he attempts to break away and picks up the game's first booking.

Carty skips away from the challenge of Buckley and fires a low shot. Brush moves his feet quickly to deflect it wide.

Tidy play from the Saints outside the Sligo box results in a shot blocked down. Sligo are lucking blunt up front with Hartmann having the thankless task of chasing down clearances from his side's defence.

Leavy uses his pace to nip in to steal a loose ball and wins a free kick in the process. Forrester shoots from 25 yards but his shot flies overs.

The next Saints attack also ends with a looping header, this time from Carty, but Brush gets up to tip the shot over the bar.

Buckley connects with the resulting corner kick and would have beaten the keeper if not for it striking the hand of his teammate, Cawley.

Barlow sends a looping head that almost catches Lyness out, but the Saints keeper palms it over at the expense of a corner.

Hartmann creates a chance out of nothing with some tidy dribbling but Lyness uses his feet to save.

Leavy again uses that dangerous left foot, this time to strike from distance. The shot was just off target and Rovers breath a sigh of relief.

A dangerous ball in from Leavy creates panic in the Sligo penalty area but the away side scrambles it clear.
