Jack Byrne has had a golden opportunity to level with a one-on-one but his shot is tame and mishit.

Rovers have had control of 80% of this match, but they've been so frail defensively. Whenever Keating and Bargary have received the ball they've had so much time to figure out exactly what to do with it.

It\'s an unbelievable goal from Darragh Crowley, who lobs Mannus 35 yards out after a forced clearance. The ball didn\'t hit the ground once before it saw the back of the net!

The 200 or so travelling Cork fans are now well and truly swinging, flares and all!

Cork level! Darragh Crowley is given far too much space on the right side and puts a perfect ball into the six-yard box without any pressure. Keating beats Grace to the ball and flicks it past Mannus.

Cork have had real problems dealing with their right-hand-side. Clarke's had virtually free roam as he puts in another inviting cross that somehow fails to connect with any players in the box.

It's been all Rovers so far. Clarke whips in a ball from the left that just grazes Kenny's head and eventually recovered by the Rebel Army.

Johhn Kenny receives the ball with the back to goal, takes it on the half-turn and so nearly-slots it into the bottom right corner, just inches away.

Poom hits the crossbar! A beauty of a free kick from 20 yards out verves past Cork's wall and looks to be heading for that top-right corner before rattling off the woodwork.

Keating picks up the ball and weaves through midfield before laying it off and earning a free 20 yards out. Matthew Healy cant make the most out of it as his effort fizzes well over the bar.

Corcoran will surely be furious at his defenders who failed to clear their lines on multiple occasions before that goal.

Rovers are off to a good start here! Jack Byrne in particular has been doing an excellent job and receiving the ball in the half spaces and breaking the lines.

Byrne release Clarke on the left-hand flank with a lovely through ball who then crosses it to the incoming Rory Gaffney who just strikes wide.

The players have just got done wrapping up their warm-ups and now head for the tunnels.

For Cork it's an unchanged line-up from Friday's match. Ruairí Keating and Matthew Healy both got on the scoresheet that night, and they'll feel confident in getting the best out of a Rovers defense that has had some serious tempermant issues-they've received three red cards in as many games.

Rovers welcome back defenders Lee Grace and Daniel Cleary into the starting XI as they return from suspension. New signees Markus Poom and Johnny Kenny start. Rory Gaffney leads the line as talisman Jack Byrne hopes to provide plenty of chances and make a return to his best form.

The last clash between these two teams came on 10 May 2021, where Rovers came out on top 3-0.

Bradley is aware of the potent threat the Rebel Army and manager Colin Healy possess, saying: “I think what you’ll get with Colin’s teams is a team that’s really well organised and they know their jobs …They’ll go to win the game, we’ve got to respect that and I’m sure we will, as we do every opponent. If you look at Cork as a team, they have real pace in their team so we’ve got to respect that as well.”

It's been a torrid start to the season for Rovers, who've picked up just two points in three outings. They face an exciting Cork City side fresh off a 4-0 trashing of UCD. A loss tonight and a win for Derry would leave The Hoops eight points adrift of the title, and put those dreams of a 4-in-a-row firmly in the balance.
