Mikey Raggett has been lively late on and earns UCD a corner after turning in the box. Adam Wells rises highest from the set-piece but is unable to direct it goalward.

That's more like it from the Students! Lovely build up play allows Brennan to feed Kinsella-Bishop who hammers home the consolation goal with a great finish.

Warren Davis again involved as he shoots first time from 25-yards. It has Moore worried as he scrambles across goal but it goes the wrong side of the posts

Another change as Davis replaces Rooney. The substitute is straight into the thick of it as he picks the ball up in shooting range but fires wide.

Adam Foley's race is run as he is replaced by Michael Leddy.

And that just about wraps it...if it was ever in doubt. Adam Foley adds Drogheda's third from a set-piece. Markey delivers a freekick from inside the UCD half towards the back post. He finds Adeboyega who puts it across goal in the path of the waiting Foley to make it 3-0.

First card of the game goes to Luke Heeney for a strong challenge.

Robinson is straight into the action on the end of a long ball before teeing up Rooney who cant quite get the space to shoot. The winger tries to return the ball to Robinson but he overcooks it and Moore collects.

Barr is introduced for Gallagher for the home side. Meanwhile, its a double change for Drogheda as Aaron McNally is on for Darragh Noone while new signing Kyle Robinson replaces the goal scorer Ryan Brennan.

Very little of note so far this half as Drogheda appear to taken the foot off the peddle a little since the interval. UCD with more possession but struggling to get a meaningful amount of it near the Drogheda box

Ciaran Behan is introduced for the Students as he replaces Ireland under 17 international Daniel Babb.

UCD have been a little better since the restart and are finding more joy when keeping the passes to feet. Nothing yet to seriously worry Wogan in the Drogheda net however.

Keaney headers just over from a UCD freekick which was well delivered by Verdon but the Donegal man is unable to keep the effort down.

Drogheda avoid an embarrassment on the stroke of halftime as Adeboyega headers the ball back to Wogan after a long ball but the keeper is outside the box and has to readjust under pressure from Jake Doyle but he does enough to earn a goal kick.

Drogheda fans are furious after Adam Foley was picked out with a long ball over the top. Moore came bravely off his line and headed clear just before Foley reached it before making contact with the young keeper and conceding a freekick.

Close! This time is Evan Weir's turn to get involved after his low shot is deflected narrowly wide of the UCD goal.

This is a Drogheda side playing with bags of confidence. After some good work in the middle by Deegan, Luke Heeney is set loose down the right-wing and finds Brennan with a low cross. The striker gets a good connection on the ball but directs it wide of the post.

Clever through ball from Markey after winning the ball in midfield. He picks out Rooney buts its a tough angle and Moore is able to make a comfortable save.

Its a short debut for Clancy as he is replaced by Ryan Bowden, unsure at this stage if it is injury related.

The visitors double their lead! UCD don't fully deal with a Dayle Rooney corner and the Drogs work the ball back out to the winger who puts in another low cross which finds Drogheda captain Conor Keeley. The centre-back shows great composure to slot the ball home and UCD have a mountain to climb already.

Despite not testing Moore before the opener, the Drogs smell blood here and are now pushing forward in numbers. Heeney joins the action from fullback and his cross wins a corner but it comes to nothing as the referee brings a halt to the game for a clash of heads during the set-piece.

Ryan Brennan puts Drogheda 1 up! Delightful finish from Brennan who flicks the ball between his legs at the near post after being picked out by Adam Foley. A clever finish to put the visitors in an early lead.

Dayle Rooney somehow finds himself in acres of space with the ball in the UCD box but he hesitates giving Keaney time to come across and snuff out the danger.

Break in play here as UCD captain Keaney gets a nasty trailing arm of Ryan Brennan to the face but eventually picks himself back up and we are back underway.

Drogheda's turn to attack as Ryan Brennan wins the first corner for his side but its punched clear by Moore in the UCD goal.

Adam Verdon produces an excellent cross from the set-piece that narrowly misses the head of Jack Keaney.

Despite the sun shining on Belfield here before kick off, torrential rain throughout the day will make for tricky conditions for both sides defenses with kickoff less than 10 minutes away.

Just one goal in the 180 minutes Drogheda have played since the departure of Freddie Draper. Today is the perfect day to rack up goals against a UCD side that have conceded 11 goals in their last 180 minutes of football.

Three changes to the UCD side who lost 4-0 to Shelbourne here at the Bowl last time out. Michael Gallagher and Jessie Dempsey enter the side as does UCD's new signing Eanna Clancy who has taken a scholarship at the university. Meanwhile Kevin Doherty has named an unchanged Drogheda side from the one who drew 0-0 with Shamrock Rovers last week.
