Anthony Wordsworth coming back after a four-game suspension was the second half difference as Waterford earned a draw against Dundalk in the RSC. It looked as if Sean Murray’s early goal would be enough for the away side to take all three points but a much improved second half from the Blues saw them get their just rewards as Wordsworth equalised to punished an ill-disciplined Dundalk side.

Michael Duffy only fit enough for a place on the bench this evening. It was nine years ago today that he made his debut for Derry City in a 3-0 defeat away to St Patrick’s Athletic as a 65th-minute sub for Marc Brolly.
