EI Electronics to charge Treaty Challenge

Treaty United have announced the return of EI Electronics as the main sponsor for their Senior Women’s Team, for the 2021 season.

EI Electronics return as the Senior Women’s Sponsor for the season ahead. 2021 is the second year in which EI Electronics sponsors the Senior Women’s team. Treaty United are the sole representatives from the Mid-West region in the FAI Women’s National League and the side enjoyed a successful debut year last term.

The board of Treaty United is led by Chairperson Conn Murray and also comprises Lorraine Counihan, Mary Shire, Mike Aherne, John Fennessy, John Hannon, Colm Hayes, Barry Hogan, Dave Mahedy, Dan Neville and Sean O’ Brien. The board has made significant strides in its inaugural year whilst recently adding a Senior Men’s team who will compete in the FAI SSE Airtricity League.

Reflecting on the year past and looking forward Treaty United Chairperson Conn Murray said:

Newly appointed Senior Women’s coach Niall Connolly noted:

“It is brilliant that EI Electronics has once again shown its support to Treaty United for a second year.  We both share a common goal of developing our local communities and making the Mid-West Region of Munster very proud.  It is a privilege for us as a football club to have the Ei Electronics logo on our playing kit, and we will take great pride in representing Ei Electronics in everything we do, both on and off the pitch”.

Commenting on the sponsorship announcement, CEO Mick Guinee said:

Treaty United start their Women’s National League campaign with a trip to the capital to face Bohemians on Saturday, 27th of March. Kick off at 2pm.
