Preview: Lidl NFL Division 3 Round 5

Things are tight at the top and bottom of the Division 3 table. Leaders Roscommon welcome Wexford to Kiltoom on Sunday. Wexford are three points behind the Rossies. Down the other end it’s a bottom of the table clash in Belfast between Antrim and Sligo. The Saffrons are still without a point while Sligo are just ahead of them on one point. A huge game for both sides.

Roundup: Lidl NFL Division 1 Round 4

Waterford picked up their first points of Division 1 with a well deserved nine point win away to Cork. The Déise put in a dominant display to come away with the three points.  Armagh moved to the top of the table with a win over Meath. Aimee Mackin and Kelly Mallon with the goals for the Orchard County who have impressed in the division.

Roundup: Lidl NFL Division 2 Round 4

Kildare were made to work hard for their fourth win of the campaign over Tipperary. The home side cut the gap to one in stoppage time and missed a free to give them a well earned draw. Monaghan picked up their first point of the campaign with a draw at home to Donegal. Eabha Sherry with 1-01 late on for the Farney County.

Roundup: Lidl NFL Division 3 Round 4

Down picked up their second win of the campaign with victory over bottom side Antrim in Belfast. Natasha Ferris scored two goals for the Mourne County – one from the penalty spot. Offaly suffered their first defeat when they lost by four points away to Clare. Ailish Considine scored the game’s only goal in the first half.
