Roundup: TG4 All-Ireland Junior Championship Round 3 & 5

Fermanagh had a comprehensive win over London in Dungannon. The Erne County top Group A and will now face Limerick in the semi-finals. In the Group’s other game Sligo defeated Derry. In Group B Louth finish top with victory away to Longford. They will now face Carlow in the last four. Limerick booked their place in the semi-finals with a comfortable win at home to Kilkenny.

Roundup: TG4 All-Ireland Junior Championship Group A Round 4

Fermanagh made it two wins from two in Group A when they defeated Carlow. It was a first defeat for the Leinster side who must now wait on other results to see if they are into the semi-finals. In London, the home side competed well but were defeated by Sligo. It was the Yeats County’s first win of the championship.

Preview: TG4 All-Ireland Junior Championship Group A Round 4

Carlow and Fermanagh is the big game in the Junior Championship this weekend. A draw for Carlow will see them book their place in the semi-finals. Fermanagh have played just one game so far, they’ll be out to pick up their second win. London and Sligo will look to pick up their first points of the campaign when they meet in Ruislip on Saturday evening.

Preview: TG4 All-Ireland Junior Championship Round 2 & 3

Carlow have two wins from two and another win on Sunday will see them in a good position to advance to the semi-finals. A win for Derry will open up Group A. Fermanagh play their first game of the championship at home to Sligo. In Group B Louth and Limerick clash in Castlebellingham with the winner advancing to the last four. Also in Group B Longford will be hoping to pick up their first win when they travel to Kilkenny on Sunday.

Roundup: TG4 All-Ireland Junior Championship Round 1

There were wins for Division 4 Champions Carlow and Leinster Junior Champions Louth in the opening games of the All-Ireland Junior Championship. Carlow recorded an eight point win away to Sligo while Louth overcame Kilkenny. Derry defeated London by nine points and in Longford, Limerick came from two points down at half-time to win by seven points.

Preview: Munster Senior, Connacht & Ulster Intermediate Ladies Football Championship

The Munster Ladies Senior Championship Round Robin will conclude this weekend Cork and Tipperary looking to punch a ticket to the decider. In Connacht Roscommon meet Sligo on Friday as they prepare for their final with Leitrim a week later, two semi-finals take place in the Ulster Intermediate Championship, holders Antrim meet Down, while Monaghan host Tyrone.

Roundup: Munster & Connacht Ladies Football Championship

Kerry booked their spot in the Munster Final after Round 2 of the Munster Senior Championship, Tipperary and Cork will meet next weekend to determine who faces them. Limerick will meet Cork in the B Final as they had a convincing win over Kerry B. Leitrim also had a comfortable win over Sligo in their encounter in the Connacht Intermediate Championship.
