Round 2 of the Leinster Ladies Championship takes place this weekend, Dublin and Meath will look to continue their 100% start to the Senior Championship. In the intermediate grade Wexford and Offaly will battle it out in Enniscorthy on Sunday and it has the prospects of being a good encounter. Two sides who have ambitions this year meet in Longford on Sunday in the Junior Championship as Longford play host to Carlow.

Roscommon staged a comeback against Antrim to finish the league unbeaten. The defeat saw Antrim relegated back down to Division 4. Sligo will join Antrim in Division 4 after they lost to Louth. The result saw Louth retain their Division 3 status.

With Clare and Roscommon already promoted to Division 3 attention turns to the bottom of the table and the battle for survival. Bottom side Sligo take on Louth who are three points ahead of them while Antrim who are second from bottom are at home to Roscommon. Any two of those three will make the drop to Division 3.

Three teams are in a relegation battle in Division 3 with three points separating the bottom side from 6th place. Bottom side Sligo travel to Wexford. The Yeats County have yet to record a win so far. Sunday might be a good time to pick up their first 3pts. Louth travel to take on Down just one point ahead of Antrim. A win for the Wee County would definitely condemn Antrim and Sligo to Division 4.
