Places at the top and bottom were decided on by score difference in Division 3. Clare booked their place in the Division 3 final due to their superior score difference while Longford made the drop to Division 4 due to their inferior score difference.

A big weekend in the race for a final appearance, with Kildare, Wexford, Down and Clare all in the mix, while at the bottom Sligo and Longford try to avoid a relegation play-off.

The Division 3 finalists will not be known until next weekend after the penultimate weekend of fixtures. A number of teams are in contention for a place in the final while down at the bottom Offaly are in the relegation play-off with Sligo and Longford battling to avoid finishing in the bottom two.

In the penultimate weekend in Division 3 there is something to play for in each of the four games. It’s extremely tight at the top with three teams on 12 points and two behind on nine. While at the bottom Offaly remain without a point with Longford and Sligo just ahead on three points. 

Things are tight at the top of Division 3 with Kildare, Wexford and Louth all on 12 points after this weekend’s games. Offaly remain bottom and without a point after losing to Kildare. 

It’s tight at the top of Division 3 where leaders Louth take on third place Wexford in Darver. Down near the bottom Sligo travel to Longford looking for their first points of the campaign.
