AIL Roundup: Division 1A Round 18

It will be another year in the playoffs for City Of Armagh, after their defeat at the hands of Ballynahinch and UCD confirming their safety with a big win against Young Munster. Clontarf and St Mary’s secured home semi-final ties in the next stage.

After 17 Rounds of action it all comes down to this. The final round of the normal season is upon us, the Division 2C title is yet to be determined, while across the four other Divisions of the Energia All Ireland League we have plenty of permutations for promotion and relegation, and the title race in 1A.

AIL Roundup: Division 1A Round 17

The top four in Division 1A of the Energia All Ireland League was confirmed at the weekend. St Mary’s, Clontarf, Cork Con and Lansdowne will tussle for silverware this season after the weekend’s events. At the bottom of the table Garryowen were confirmed as being relegated.

In the penultimate round of action from Division 1A of the Energia All Ireland League. Every game has its only narrative this weekend. The race for the semi-finals heats up, with a host of clubs still in the mix this weekend. At the foot of the table Garryowen could be relegated this weekend.

AIL Roundup: Division 1A Round 16

Another pulsating weekend of action in Division 1A of the Energia All Ireland League, but Clontarf still hold that top spot in the standings. The big movers this weekend were Cork Con and Lansdowne, the latter leapfrogging Terenure into the top four. Garryowen ended their 14 game losing run but face a tough task to stay up.

AIL Preview: Division 1A Round 16

It remains tough to call for the top four positions in Division 1A of the Energia All Ireland League. Terenure and Cork Con have some big games this weekend against Lansdowne and Ballynahinch respectively, as only two points separates them in the table. At the foot of the table it is a must win clash for Garryowen against City Of Armagh to avoid relegation.
