AIL Roundup: Division 1A Round 15

St Mary’s and Terenure College both changed positions in the top four at the expense of Cork Con at the weekend, with Lansdowne and Ballynahinch right on their tail as the second nears completion. Elsewhere UCD closed the gap to City Of Armagh with a hard earned win at the bowl.

AIL Roundup: Division 1A Round 14

A weekend of change across the top four in Division 1A of the Energia All Ireland League, Cork Con suffered a first defeat in eight games to Clontarf. Despite the win they dropped to fourth spot. Mary’s gaining ground with a clinical win to move second. Lansdowne moved up the table, while City Of Armagh delivered a strong result to strengthen their survival hopes.

Terenure, Cork Constitution, Clontarf and St Mary’s all recorded wins, as the battle rages on for home semi-final places. Still plenty more rugby to be played and with a hard earned win, Lansdowne have kept their name in contention as they sit seventh.
