Young Munster will look to return to winning ways as they welcome bottom of the table UCC to Tom Clifford Park.
Both teams will look to rebound from losses last weekend as Young Munster suffered a 22-14 loss at Clontarf and UCC fell to a 9-19 at home to Ballynahinch.
Cork Constitution vs Garryowen, Temple Hill
Cork Constitution will look to make it four games unbeaten as they face seventh placed Garryowen at Temple Hill.
The two teams played out a thriller in the reverse fixture back in November as Cork Constitution edged Garryowen 21-23 at Dooradoyle.
Ballynahinch vs UCD, Ballymacarn Park
Ballynahinch will look to pick up back to back wins for the first time this year as they face UCD at Ballymacarn Park.
The hosts picked up their first win of the season as nine points from Greg Hutley gave Ballynahinch a 9-19 win at UCC.
