Division 1B in the All-Ireland rugby league returns for a second week of action, with all five games being played on Saturday at 2:30pm.
Last weekend saw winning starts for Malone, City of Armagh, Highfield, Old Belvedere and Old Wesley, whilst Shannon, Naas and St Mary’s College had to settle for losing bonus points.
At Palace Grounds, City of Armagh host Old Belvedere, with the hosts coming into the match off the back of a 20-10 away victory to Banbridge.
The visitors last time out kicked off the competition with a 16-13 win over Naas.
In the previous meeting between the two sides back in January 2020 saw City of Armagh victorious 12-5.
At Forenaughts, Naas host Malone, with the hosts coming into the match off the back of last Friday’s 16-13 opener to Naas, whilst Malone were victorious 30-17 at home to Navan.
The last time the two sides played, back in November 2019 saw Malone secure a 38-27 victory away from home.
At Balreask Old, Navan host Highfield, with the hosts coming into the match off the back of a 30-17 away loss to Malone.
The visitors beat St Mary’s College 21-17 last time out.
In the previous meeting between the two sides, back in February 2020 saw Highfield produce a comfortable 38-12 victory.
At Thomond Park, nine-time All-Ireland winners Shannon host Banbridge, with the hosts coming into the game off the back of a loss by the narrowest of margins, 23-22 to Old Wesley.
Banbridge fell to a 20-10 home defeat to City of Armagh, last weekend.
The last time the two sides played, back in November 2019 saw Banbridge win 34-14.
At Templeville Road, St Mary’s College host Old Wesley, with the hosts coming into the game off the back of a narrow 21-17 loss to Highfield.
The visitors were just victorious in an even affair with Shannon, 23-22.
In the previous meeting between the two sides, back in October 2019 saw Old Westley 26-16 winners.
