A pair of penalties could've settled it, but a freak OG and defensive breakdown early in the second-half saw them share the spoils once more. All things considered, that'll feel like a win for the visitors.

BIG SAVE BARRON! He reacts well and gets down low to thwart Joe Collins' well-executed half-volley, as a lofted ball into the box was partially cleared...

Stoppage in play for two Cobh knocks as the physio enters the fray... another sub in the meantime: McGrath on for O'Leary.

Abbott is booked for cynically kicking the ball away, as you feel Cobh will have to suffer if they're to snatch a point from this matchup now - being pinned back and have a numerical disadvantage too.

For what it\'s worth, I think a straight red there is harsh by the ref but understandable - he was the last man, despite trying to play the ball, he didn\'t time his challenge well and it\'s being described as a professional foul.

Michael McCarthy produces an inch-perfect last-ditch tackle to deny Melody, who drove dangerously into the box from the flank and wins a corner... nothing comes of it, as Barron can soak up the pressure.

Then, Mbayo makes a mess of his attempt to shield the ball back to his 'keeper in the box. An onrushing Collins is clattered into, the referee points to the spot, and we're level once more.

Remarkable few minutes have unfolded here, Treaty were sucker punched from a poorly defended set-piece with defenders ball-watching everywhere. Frahill couldn't believe his luck and wasn't going to miss from close-range.

First booking of the evening is brandished to Dean George, who cynically pulled back an opponent player right in the referee's eyeline after losing possession. Not his wisest decision.

Another promising Treaty attack is killed in its tracks, this time Guerins volleys wide of the mark after another good Keane pass!

Second-half underway, no changes made by either manager at the break. Will this be another draw?

Half-time! The clock ticks over to 45 and referee Declan Toland doesn't add any stoppage-time. Treaty 1-1 Cobh Ramblers, and the scoreline doesn't do this affair any justice. The hosts were firmly in the ascendancy, for all of 15 minutes, now they're having to fight harder to regain their lead... shares spoiled so far.

Off the crossbar! Jason Abbott's inswinging corner delivery curls past unsuspecting heads, hits the woodwork and trickles out for a goal-kick.

You could almost hear it in the commentator's voice, resigned to a 2-1 deficit heading into the break. Brady, who was helpless for that own goal earlier, produced a big diving stop to his left there.

What a save by Jack Brady! After a well-worked transition move which splits the Treaty backline in half, with deft build-up play and a neat Jack Larkin backheel to tee him up, Danny O'Connell cannot believe he's missed!

Close! All of Treaty's chances seem to go through Matt Keane, who combines with George and Conor Melody before the latter lets fly... it flashes narrowly wide of Sean Barron's far post, but not by much.

Per my SofaScore app, Cobh have had 66% possession so far through half-an-hour of play here. Considering how slowly they started, the phrase "tide has turned" is accurate, although Treaty have settled these last five minutes.

Before the freak OG, I was going to highlight James O\'Leary being a lively nuisance for Treaty to defend against down the left-hand side... This game has been flipped on its head without warning and energised by a free goal, the Rams suddenly fancy this now.

OG is credited to Joe Gorman, who overhit his attempted backpass and didn\'t spot goalkeeper Jack Brady off his line -- not expecting the ball back in mid-air -- and despite his best efforts, can\'t stop it trickling in, as he crashes against his near post frantically trying to scramble. Just like that, Cobh are level.

OUT OF NOTHING, COBH RAMBLERS EQUALISE! Remarkable own goal.

Dean George tracking back in his own half, then centre-back Sean Guerins, make important headed interventions for the hosts to snuff out Cobh's aerial half-chances.

Collins pinches the ball in midfield as Cobh cheaply relinquish possession, but his effort from distance was underwhelming after a promising run-up, whistling wide. Treaty are dominating early on.

GOAL! Marc Ludden breaks the deadlock from the penalty spot! Lee Devitt's effort struck an unsuspecting Harlain Mbayo in the box, the referee didn't hesitate and neither did Ludden - sending Barron the wrong way. 1-0 Treaty.

Promising start from the hosts, with another good chance going begging... this time Sean Guerins' cross is perfectly-weighted for an unmarked Matt Keane in the area, but he flicks his eventual effort over the crossbar.

We're off! Treaty kicking from left-to-right and immediately concede a free-kick in a dangerous position, it's cleared and they advance in numbers on the counter... but Dean George, with the goal at his mercy, taps an effort towards the far post... it trickles past the mark!

The two teams are out and we're closing in on kick-off now... Treaty will be favoured, but given their defensive deficiencies, that means nothing...

Joel Coustrain, who I praised in my pre-match preview for his impactful cameo last time out, is among the notable absences. Considering both have been struggling to score regularly, who will step up tonight?
