The LGFA have announced the fixtures of the 2022 All Ireland, with an abundance of different match-ups being a possibility.
As their Leinster final against Dublin is yet to take place, reigning champions Meath have yet to know their fate.
Should they beat Dublin next weekend, the royals will go into Group A against Mayo, Tipperary and Cavan. Should they lose, they go into Group B against Monaghan. The situation is the same for the dubs.
The Munster winner between Cork and Kerry go into Group D against Waterford and the runners up of the Ulster championship, which will either be Armagh or Donegal.
The runners up of Munster go into Group C against Galway and reigning intermediate champions Westmeath. The Ulster winners will go into Group B against the Leinster runners up and Monaghan.
The first round of fixtures takes place on the 11th of June. Round 2 takes place on the 19th of June and Round 3 takes place on the 25th of June.
The final stages are as follows:
Quarter Final 1: 1st Group A v 2nd Group D
Quarter Final 2: 1st Group B v 2nd Group C
Quarter Final 3: 1st Group C v 2nd Group B
Quarter Final 4: 1st Group D v 2nd Group A
Semi Final 1: Winner QF 1 v Winner QF 2
Semi Final 2: Winner QF 3 v Winner QF 4
The intermediate championship’s fixtures on the other hand are set in stone. Group A is made up of Leitrim, Wexford, Offaly and Wicklow. Group B features Clare, Down and Louth.
Group C will see Roscommon, Kildare and Longford square off whilst Tyrone, Laois and Sligo round off the tournament in Group D.
The first round of fixtures takes place on the 29th of May. Round 2 takes place on the 5th of June and Round 3 takes place on the 12th of June.
The final stages follow the same format as the seniors.
The juniors are also set in stone. Group A will feature London, Derry, Carlow and Fermanagh. Group B has London, Antrim and Limerick.
