Leitrim Gaels secured top spot in the Leitrim Senior Football Championship group stage with a last gasp goal against Fenagh who had led for most of their game.
Elsewhere an impressive St. Mary’s scoring performance pushed them to the top of the Quarter Final places as the chasing sides failed to cover the points difference advantage required and must now settle for a Quarter Final clash against Aughawillan next weekend. Ballinamore beat Glencar / Manor and Mohill had a goal laden performance to set up a repeat of last year’s County Final at the Quarter Final stage.
In the relegation playoffs Melvin Gaels will play Gortletteragh while Dromahair will entertain their neighbours Glencar / Manorhamilton as they fell into the relegation zone with this evening’s results.
